RES_1.0/PLM_5.3 Contract Procurement Opportunities—Hoffman Fowler LLC

The Willamette Water Supply System (WWSS) South Beaverton Area Water Storage Tanks Project includes construction of one of two seismically resilient 15MG water storage tanks on Cooper Mountain. The project also includes construction of the third (PLM_5.3) phase of the Scholls Area Pipeline Project. The combined project will require participation from many subcontractors and suppliers.

Hoffman Fowler LLC, the Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) for the Willamette Water Supply Program Water Storage Tanks and Scholls Area Pipeline (phase 3) is promoting several bid opportunities to qualified businesses. Under this approach, Hoffman Fowler LLC will manage overall procurement and construction, with oversight from the Willamette Water Supply Program; and may elect to competitively bid as self-performing some portions of the work.
